I have a TE20 or 30 with a P3 Perkins. The hood is raised a couple inches and it has a CAV fuel system. I talked to an Englishman one time and he said there were several TE20 and TE30's in England with Perkins diesels. I read an article once where they offered a kit to put a P3 Perkins in a Ford 8N. The P3 is an early version of the 3 cyl. Perkins simular to what they put in a Ferguson 35.

I probably get my ears boxed by all the finger pointing safety critics like I did last the time I mentioned this, but if your 'puters fast enough, go to U-tube and get on "V6 Fergy" and have a look. I don't know what country they're from, but they're having a ball. OF COURSE, I don't condone that type of behavior on a tractor. Well maybe just a little (snicker). And only if the missus didn't catch me.

The Z129 engine out of the TO30 and maybe the standard engine from the te (Jeff, John, where are you??)....
For anything else, you pretty much have to make your own adapters and since most don't have a place to bolt the frontend to the block, you will be making a frame too....

Hmmm.... so a Chevy 454ci V8 wont just bolt right up either?third party imagethird party imagethird party image Darn! LOL
