Thanks so much, this is something I had suspected for a while, however, no one had confirmed it before... obviously the interest in TE-20 details are not as widely followed over here. Last night I was fiddeling around with my TE and pondering Pete's TE... I thought to myself... Self you should as John if there were any post 48000 TE's made, I bet he'll know. Then this morning... There is your post.
Would really love to talk Ferguson with you over a cup of tea or a pint soneday... Pete, Thanks for posting the great pictures. I can clearly say that you deffently have a Coventry built TE-20 chassie, and all the castings, frame and electrical parts look orgional for the English tractors. All the pieces are there and they are not the US TO-20 styles. With John's comments on the Engine, I would feel confident it too is probally origonal. Thus, you have a unique nitch TE-20. Unfortunantly, this uniqueness probally does not affect value at all... Where are you located? It would be fun to examine this tractor in person if possible. Jeff- near Cincinnati, OH.
