I really like the "banana" loader seen in Ferguson literature and catalogs...but I've never seen one for sale or even many on restored tractors. Did they sell well but didn't hold up well to the years, or were they rare to start with and time hasn't helped that? Did they even make it across the pond to the states?

Thanks for the info, John. Well, guess I need to look for a TE and go from there.

There is no reason it would not fit a TO-20 or TO-30.

I have seen them fitted to an FE35 (MF35) but it was a home produced conversion, not a factory one. But the tractors are very similar except at the back of the seat which would cause a few problems. If you want pictures, email me...John

It was called a High Lift Loader and was made only in th UK to fit the TE series. We get quite a few for sale here in the UK. They weren"t particularly rare but they were expensive at the time. They did make a later version that used a different loader frame instead of the curved beams, it had a double tubular steel frame instead, much like any other loader you see but still attached in the same place, it was called the 730 loader, the earlier type was the M-UE-20
