TO-30 Hydaulics RockerPin?

How does one remove the hinge pin from the rocker and tabs on the center axle housing? Mine is stuck hard. I have put special penetrating oil on it, let it soak for several days, used a strong rivet gun to shake things, but still no luck.

In the parts arena, the hinged pin is not shown for the TO30 but rather the model 35 and on. So not sure what the pin is. But will find out. I finally got the bolts out holding the fender braces so have more roon now for the BFH. Hinge pins are available on the internet in places.

The parts manual for some reason doesn"t show that hinged pin in the page with the rocker but it dose show it as part no. 181 060 M91. in the drawbar section. I sprayeed penetrating oil and wd-40 on mine and got it out. I lubed it up well and put it back and have had no problem removing it since then

I removed mine with a BFH and a punch. I don't quite remember what punch it was that I used but I also did allow it to soak with penetrating oil several days. The center pin did come out in pieces. You might want to locate a new pin before beating out the old one and breaking it as I did.
I was reluctant to use heat on it due to not wanting to damage the internal cast iron paint sealant that was used.

I give up taking the pin out in 1 piece. Soaking, inpact rivet gun, BFH with a punch on the lock ring end of the pin does not budge it. The lock ring hole part of the pin broke off so left the Rocker pin end about even with the casting. The pin is hardened steel so probably won't cut off easy but a die grinder with disk should be able to cut sections out so one can punch/impact on one area at a time. Three tabs with frozen pin is rather hard to break loose. Haven't tried any heat yet as I only have a propane torch. BTW, I bought another pin with large end so don't have to worry about replacement. Another anomaly is that I have a 2 piece rocker and both pieces straddle the center tab on the housing. One rocker is for a fixed center lift point and the inner rocker goes to the hydraulics with extra holes for the center lift to fasten there. The inner rocker appears to be supported by a bushing that is larger than the rocker pin. I haven't seen any of this in parts illustrations. At times, nothing seems to be easy on these old tractors.

You won't find any reference to the parts you ask about as they are not standard Ferguson parts.

Am just sort of curious just what was done to mine. I finally got the pin out by gradually hammering it back and forth with a punch. This let one of the rockers come off but the 2nd rocker is retained by the bush that goes thru the housing and the outstide of the rocker. It has a very worn hole for the Center Link pin so may have to work on that for awhile. I imagine the bushing may be custom fit for this.
