Steering arm seals

I've got all the "leaks and drips" fixed except this and would appreciate any help you can offer.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but yes you have to disassemble the box to replace the seals.
The good news is that it really isn't to difficult just time consuming. If you are going to go that far check the bushing's and bearings. I couldn't find a source for the outer bushings so I put it back together with the old ones. It doesn't leak but has a little more slop than I would like. One word of warning. When you adjust the clearance on the sector gears (using the big screws near the top of the curved portion of the steering box) be sure to check them through the full range of motion. I read some where that if you adjust them with the steering centered (which is where most of the wear is) then turn the wheel all the way to the left or right, you can generate enough side force to crack the housing. Mine ended up being tight at the extremes and a little loose in the center.
