Just finished rebuilding my TSX-361A. Nothing too difficult. Be aware that some of the Tisco kits do not always have the correct parts. I purchases a C548V and it had the wrong main nozzle and was missing the throttle shaft seals. I reused the old main nozzle as it just needed cleaning. The shaft seals I replaced with a standard o-ring from Lowes.

What Jerry said. Also, to remove the main jet requires a 3/8 deep well socket (probably on 1/4 inch drive or otherwise it will be too thick). You must pull this and clean the small orifices. As Jerry said don't use a hard object. Usually carb cleaner spray can with the thin long nozzle gives enough pressure to do the job. Be careful using compressed air around the carb, as you might blow something away you can't easily replace, like the seat from the float (don't ask).

There is an excellent article in the Research & Info section on the left about re: rebuilding a Marvel-Schebler TSX carb. The one they use as an example is from a Ford 8N but it's the same basic carb. Cleanliness is the most important factor in the rebuilding process and that requires a good carb cleaner like Berryman's. Don't use anything to cleanout the orifices like a drill bit or something that will chnage the area of an orifice. It's not rocket science so anybody can rebuild one of these vary simple carburetors. Good Luck!
