can some one tell my the bolt down pattern for the head of my to-30 and the bolt torque pressure.

when in doubt start in the center and work to the edges going to alternating sides

OK, from the top with the water outlet to your RIGHT you have 3 rows of bolts.

TOP row (farthest away from you) 11, 6, 2, 8, 13
Middle row 4, 1, 5
Bottom row (next to you) 10, 9, 3, 7, 12

70 to 75 foot pounds
