The operators manual for my TEA-20 suggests that I should mix the fuel with a little "top oil" to prevent stuck valves.
Does anybody here know what "top oil" might be?
And is it any good?

You shouldn't need to mix any oil with the fuel on a TEA engine as there is a breather that sucks oily fumes from the crankcase to do exactly what you are trying to do. It sucks them out of the crankcase and into the inlet manifold, from there it passes through the valves into the cylinders and lubricates everything...John

Can't get leaded fuel in Australia. I mix the fuel company "Lead Additive" with unleaded fuel in my TEA20. I think it is similar to what used to be called "upper cylinder lubricant"?
