I finally got a set of dog legs and a fan shroud for my TO-20! Now to get it together before the snow flies! The wife may be happy yet with her Howard and Hupp! (LOL)

Nice! It always feels good to find missing parts. Are you painting or just assembling and putting it to work?

This has gotten to be a teardown short of the trans still bolted to the rear diff housing. All other parts are out and growing impatient waiting for the reassembly to begin. This will be a refurbished/upgraded machine from the reinforced front axle to the PTO seal.
I am going to attempt an electrical upgrade to incorporate a starter interupt switch and a fuel shut off solenoid. The paint job will be closer to TO-35 colors than a TO-20. I better get busy before i lose the painting weather!
Have a good one!

I am confused as others maybe. You mentioned you have found dog legs and shroud for you TO20. And are wondering can it be done before the snow flys. Well where do you live? and your follow-up message you talk about electrical upgrade, pto, fuel shut off, and short of tear down to unbolting transmission. That is a whole new project other than dog legs and shroud, with paint job. It really depends on what your wife has planned for YOU until the snow flys. Have fun!!

Ain't that the truth! I failed to mention the truck that she wanted pulled out of the weeds and made to run again after 10 years and the boat that needs a new deck installed. That's an easy afternoon. Pull up the seats and drop new wood down on the old deck. Install seats and call it good for another few years. I'm out here on the west end of Orygun up at about 1200 foot elevation. Not quite the 128 foot elevation of Portland. Snow comes anywhere from Thanksgiving until Valentines day and at this elevation it usually stays for more than two or three days.
Currently the TO-20 is torn down to parts and mostly cleaned up and even have a stack of parts waiting for me. Got the crank turned, the cam reground, grind the tappets, the head is done and now I need the time to thread this bucket back together.
