I recently rebuilt my lift cylinder (honed and new rings) then rebuilt (with the new parts I could find ) the hydraulic pump. I have not tested the pressure, but the lift is slow and it drains down very quickly when the motor is shut off..I think that the control valve is leaking and the parts breakdown that I have shows seal washers inside the valve that I could not find..none inside when I tore it apart and not available from the local dealer...my question is this: Since this is the old model pump, should I replace it with a rebuilt unit or find a junker and upgrade the whole system to the newer pump with 25% more lift...
If anyone has a good illustrated flow diagram of the pump, that might help..but I don't see bubbling around the pump while it is running..just seems like not enough volume and pressure...Help..

For parts, new/used try: 1-888-828-3276. The catalog lists rebuilt pump-$415.99 exch.,new-$620.99. Lift pistons are listed and repair kits(2styles). Have your s/n ready when you call. I do not advertise for them or work for them, I just know I can get the parts I need.
