I have recentley installed a pipe loader (superior) on a tea 20-85, however I'm having trouble with the plumbing. There seems to be four pressure take of points, two at the top and two on the bottom of the transmission housing, however there dosn,t seem to be any ports to allow the oil to return. Does anyone have an idea how this is suposed to work?

Woodly,
I assume you are using an external pump. The original system was internal and was bathed in fluid in the base of the housing. Fluid was returned when the draft control was pushed down.

I'm in the process of assembling my tractor (TEA20) from two vehicles. One rear end had a hydraulic assembly mounted on the right side over the dip stick cover. Fluid return is achieved by removing the top bolt that secures the cover (round access cover) and installing the return line so that the oil actually returns to the oil sump through the bolt hole. Looks like it would work just fine. ciao!

I return oil via the diff. drain plug. Might not be correct but has worked fine for 20 plus years.

I posted some pics of my manure loader hyd hook up at my club site http://clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/theferguso----- -- you have to join to see them then look in the default album. The control valve body has a tee connection in the bottom of it.
