My link with between the lever and the disk has fallen off due to the balls rusting away. Does anyone have a good idea how to replace that setup?

My, my, your balls have rusted off? You really have a problem!

Convert to the simple, reliable TEA20 throttle link system - no balls to rust off!!

Send me an email and I'll send you the photos and dimensions. I also sent the photos and dimensions to John (UK) who could probably give you far more professionally competent advice!

dyt4000. Looks perfect!

For interest, the correct "twist" angle is less than 90 degrees, maybe 75 to 80 degrees, see photo?

Your home made link appears to be a right angle "twist", 90 degrees.

Is the throttle free through it's entire travel?

Thanks Bob

It was at 90 degrees but I had to adjust it back some after installing it. Full throttle range is not a problem!
