Can anyone post (or email me) close-up pictures of the distributor side and carb side of a TO 30 engine? Completely assembled and as close to original configuration as possible. I'm looking for close-ups showing details such as wire routing, etc. Pics that I've been able to find so far are too far away and are of the whole tractor. I just need engine. Thanks in advance.

Wow, that's a nice clean tractor and a VERY nice wiring job.

Indy, I need to rewire my 30 but just have not gotten to it yet. For several years I took photos of various people's wiring, and I have closeups of a few in the Salem gallery at www.oldfergusontractors.com. I didn't put too many there.

Rick, Those are helpful. I noticed that one of them has the distributor turned WAY to the right. All of these pics confirm that I need to get an engine serial # plate for mine. Really stands out.
