My radaitor needs re-built or replaced, any comment on the replacement radaitors available. are they as good as the original?

The originals are better made than the thin China made new ones. If a good repair shop can fix it properly, that's what I'd do. Talk to them first and make sure. If they look at it and balk, then you may have to buy a new one.

Still got the original rad on my Fergie, due for another trip to the rad shop, they seem to be able to fix it so far.

i had to replace my radiator. got one thru agco and it worked fine. bhe careful if you decide to get your original one redone. there's radiator repair and then there's re-coring. a lot of places "repair" a radiator but pinching off and soldering up the leaking tube. this is not good for the TO-20, as the major cause of cracked blocks is overheating. by piching off a tube you reduce the cooling capacity of the radiator. recoring replaces all the tubes and fins. make sure if you get yours re-done that this is what they do.

Look in the parts section and you should find a radiator at $160 new.

I don't know the answer to your question. But a good readiator shop worth it's salt should be able to repair a leak and flush it out, for a reasonable amount. I had this done on a Porsche car radiator that was too expensive to replace it.

Is a TO20 radiator available? What does that cost? Are there radiator shops in your area?

Different beast I know, but an old radiator guy here in Australia who overhauled my TEA20 radiator told me to always repair the original radiator if possible. It was made by Coventry Radiator & Pressworks Ltd, one of the best radiators ever built and twice the weight of modern replacements.

The overhaul cost was slightly less than a modern replacement radiator.

I would guess something similar may be the case in the USA?
