Has anyone purchased the TEA 20 service manual that is listed on e-bay as item # 330095158647 or does anyone know anything about this item. I am looking for a manual on CD but am interested in finding out whether this item is correct for a 1952 TEA 20 (85 mm Standard engine).
Thanks,
Ron

I am also intersted in getting a service manual on CD for TEA 2085 or a hard copy manual if I have to. Ron, did you find one that is OK and if you did , where? I would appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks very much. John in B.C.

Guys,
I am looking for a usable service manual for a TEA 20 with the 85 mm Standard engine on CD (or some electronic format). I have a hard copy of the TE20/TO20/TO30 IT manual but it does me little good for engine repairs since it describes the Continental engines. Some of the other parts of the manual are usable but I would like a service manual that describes engine service/repair. I know that I can get a hard copy from this site as well as at others. I like to take the pages out to the shop with me when I am working and don't want a greasey mess when I come back in. An electronic copy allows me to print off the pages and get them as dirty as I want. Any suggestions or leads?
Thanks,
Ron

I have been trying to find out the format of the CD from the seller on the TE-20/TO-20/TO-30 CD he is offering and he hasn't replied to my 3 emails.
I bought a CD for my wife's Subaru and because of the file format, it is very difficult to use. The files are listed by a file number not a subject so you have to go through the files one by one to find what you are looking for. I tried to get some clarification on what the CD format was to no avail. In my opinion, you should consider this before you buy the CD. A hard copy of the manual might be better. If the CD is easily searchable or placed in a format for easy use, I would get one myself. But I don't need another one that's as useless as the one for the Subaru that I bought.

The parts amnual I sell is in the pdf format and inludes the Te20, TO20, TEA 20-80,20-85, and some 8N for cross referencing. It is done in section classes, eg. Engine section, Brake section, etc. and by clicking the advance on the page arrow after looking in the index you have your section for printing.

Al,
I don't need the parts manual necessarily. I'm looking for the shop manual. Ideally, I'd like to have the TO-20/TE-20/TO-30 Shop, Parts, and Owners Manual on one CD.

Went to look and thought... hey, that looks familiar! He has used a picture of my tractor in his ad. Well I guess I should be flattered...

Anyway I think he is talking about the right manual for you. I have a paper copy of one that covers the things he talks about, and it's 460 pages, with a grey front cover, saying TE20 (meaning, all the variants made in England). If you can get him to post a picture of the front cover I could confirm for you that it is the same one but it does certainly sound like it from the description.
And, it is a great manual.
Jim
