Bob,
I had sent you an email requesting information and pictures regarding you side plates on your TEA20 but I guess that it either didn't get through or you didn't see it. Could you send me any pictures of your hood/bonnet with the side plates and close ups of the side plates so that I can determine if they are the same as mine. I have included my email with this post.

Jim,
Are those a picture of Bob's badges or did they come from soemwhere else? These are different than mine. Mine have raised letters and edges and are not painted. At least not anymore if they were at one time. I have seen badges from a 30 or 35 that are similar to mine except they have the numbers in addition to Ferguson on them. Anyone else seen Ferguson badges similar to mine?

I would also be very interested to know if the same printed aluminium bonnet side plates turn up in Canada. I've discussed these badges with John (UK) and reached the conclusion they and the blue stripe were probably an "Australia only" thing.

I've ordered chrome TO20 side plates. As any kid knows, more chrome, more speed!!! :-)

Ron, I sent you photos per email. The flat, printed aluminium bonnet badges that were on my TEA20 are similar to the TO20 badges available in the USA - but "cheaper". I bought a pair of TO20 chrome badges for US$60 on E-Bay to replace the cheap and nasty Aussie aluminium badges. Go to www.ebay.com and search item no 130081162702 for the badges I bought.

There are more advertised on E-Bay USA, search for item no 130086550239, still around US$60 the pair.
