TO20 loader attach

My 20 came with a Sears Roebuck loader which I removed to restore the tractor. The loader cylinders were attached to a "T" fitting on the lower right corner of the transmission. My question; if I attach one cylinder to each of the outlets at the top of the transmission will I get twice the lifting speed? Will I have the same lifting capability? I don't know the internal plumbing from the pump. Maybe John or one of the many experts out there can help me out. Thanks

No matter how you attach the cylinders you can only get about 2.5 gpm from the Pump flat out. The lifting capacity is governed by the pressure needed to lift the loader and the safety valve which is set to blow at 2000psi. You can attach the pipework to any of the pressure points, even if you attach one cylinder to one point and the other one to another point it will still operate the same. The usual way is to take the pressure from one point and then use a Tee to split the pressure to the two cylinders.

Thanks John,Attaching the cylinders on the bottom of the trans. does have one drawback. It exposes the attachment point to damage from running over stumps and such. The bottom cover on mine has been welded. The outlets are only 1/4 inch which is Why I wondered if a parallel hookup wouldn't be faster. Now I know
