We have not had the snow some areas have but once again I'm putting on the Carharts and heading out. I wish the global warming would hurry up and kick in, maybe we wont get as much snow here in Illinois.

Please dont wish for global warming, we are getting weeks at a time of above 35 degrees C (95 degrees F) and up to 45 Degrees C (113 Degrees F) every now and then. Too Bloody Hot

Hey John,

You let that darn stuff slip out the back door and down into Tennessee again. If I had known how much cold air you were gonna send down, I would never have let you ship me all of those parts! We Southern boys don't have any anti-freeze in our blood and our bodies tend to lock up in cold weather and I can't work on the tractor.

I thought you "ole boys" down in Tennesee had lots of antifreeze for your system, something called moonshine, white lightning, etc.

ya john...larry and i have decided one of you guys up there is responsible for all this cold down here and we'd be acomin' after you if we could get there. but none of us know how to drive in the snow and we don't have snow tires down here...so i guess y'all are safe. you might find it kind of humorous...but even the THREAT of snow down here will close all the schools and half the businesses. a half inch on the ground and everything just shuts down. no exaggeration!

That's ok Mike, when it gets around 99 temperature here in July, with humidity to match, we can just reverse the airflow and share that with John. Reminds me of what my old friend from Pennsylvania asked me one time about Tennessee. His question was "what do you guys do for entertainment in the summertime besides sweat?"

I live in a special area. We get the cold and snow like the Northern states, and Humidity like the Southern states. If you drive 100 miles north you just about drive out of the high humidity, 150 miles south and you miss most of the snow.
As far as antifeeze some folks around here are known to carry a little in thier hip pocket.

ya...i'll take some up there and drop it off for them on the way up to my place in canada, where i go to beat the heat here. it do get a mite sticky here in july.
