MF 35 hydrolics???

i was wanting to know what hydrolic oil is needed for a MF 35 and is there a special place that you must put it in???

I use Hydraulic -transmission fluid, I usually get Warren 303, or similar version from other manufacturers. You should be able to get this from a local tractor dealer, or even auto parts stores. If in doubt, ask to see their catalog, the manufacturers recommendations are usually in there. As for filling, you will find a large plug at the front of the transmission case, top left, thats where you fill it up, about 8 gallons total I believe. There are two drains on the bottom, one on the trans and one on differential case.

actually, the manual says it holds 7 gallons, I would put 6 and gradually put more until it reaches the full mark on the stick. Good luck!
