Happy belated Christmas to everyone out there! Since I am rebuilding my 1951 TO 20, I figured it would be a good time to do the clutch as well, since the engine is removed. However, I am unsure of which clutch plate to order (friction disk). This site only shows a disk for a 1 3/8" hub shaft for a TO 20. One of my catalogues shows only the 1 1/8" hub for the TO 20.(it also only shows the TO 30 as having the 1 3/8 hub)....that same catalogue shows only a replacement kit for a 1 3/8 hub. I couldn't find any listings of the 1 1/8 or 1 3/8 anywhere in the clutch portion of my service manual..... I am completely lost and want my facts straight before I go ahead and order....Have a good day, mike mcmurray

All the TO20/30 and TE20 series ALL have 1-3/8" centre spline, non have 1-1/8". It is as the other guys tell you....John

PS the only 1-1/8" splines are on the PTO shaft at the rear.

John I thought his guy was confusing the engine clutch with an ORC until I looked in the Sparex catalog and there is a clutch listed with 1-1/8" inch spline hub for a TO-35. Could that be the the second clutch for the dual clutch in the deluxe model of that tractor with live pto?

Yes Jerry you are correct in that. Have you noticed in that Sparex parts list they have the wrong sizes listed in the columns, they have the 1-1/8" listed as the Main drive plate and the
1-3/4" listed as the PTO plate. Not only us that can make mistakes.

Mike, the clutch disk on this site, with the 1 3/8 hub is the right one. I installed one myself. I don't know what the 1 1/8 hub is referring to in your catalog.

Sparex lists a 1-13/8 x 9 in OD x 10 splines for the TO-20, -30, -35. The TO-35 has another clutch listed but since you have a TO-20, that doesn't apply to yur case. The Sparex Number is S 60693 and the corresponding Ferguson part number are 180241M91(TO-20, -30). Hope this helps.
