I keep reading where some of you have problems with seals leaking. I just wanted to share some info about this "stuff" I found on Ebay. It is guaranteed to stop leaks. I"ve used it in my Ford truck to stop a bad power steering leak. It also worked in my TE 20 to stop oil dripping out of the "weep hole" at the bottom of the bell housing. It is good stuff and well worth a try before a tear down. NOTE: I have no connection with the company selling it. Search for Best Automotive Solutions on Ebay or Lesfred 4387.

... and if you have prevented the oil from leaking out, you will eventually ruin the clutch and perhaps the starter as it eventually fills the housing.. JIm

If you stopped up the "weep hole" with that sealer it will fill up the Clutch Housing, it is there so that oil will leak it out if it gets in there.

My fault - I didn"t make myself clear. This chemical treats the SEALS. It actually causes them to swell and do the job they were meant to do.
Sorry about any confusion.
