I'm putting my TO-30 back together after an engine rebuild. I can't find a picture or diagram in a manual that shows where the generator bracket is supposed to attach to the engine. I'm guessing somewhere under a water pump or pump body nut but I can't be sure. It has a 12V generator and the bracket does not quite look like the one in the manual. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure about the later ones, but I think most TO-30s have a 6 volt geneator. Maybe yours has been changed. Irv

Sorry, you might have been talking about the bracket for putting tension on the pulley. That of course is on the front of the block under the fan.

Right side of the engine ahead of the carborator before the fan. Should see two bolt holes. Just off center of the block.
