TO20 generator pulley

Does anyone know of a source for pulley's on a 6V TO-20 generator. Mine exploded this weekend and I have not had much luck finding one. The shaft diameter seems to be a bit larger than the standard 5/8" shaft you find on most equipment today. And the 3/4" belt seems to be the other problem.

Any direction someone has besides machining a new one would be greatly appreciated.

I found a place with them its called fondy electric in Wisconsin the number ther is 920-739-8996

Would take a lathe operator less than an hour to turn one from solid. Done several myself over the years.

That what the one I bought from JD for my gas 4020 looked like.

The auto electric shop should be able to supply too. That's where I got a small diameter pulley for the alternator that I put on the 4020 that fit the wide belt.

I don't know where in the U.S. you are, but believe it or not, I went to an Amish engine shop and they fitted my alternator with a new pulley, and it was an exact match for the belt.
For what it's worth.....

It was called Yoder"s and was located in Mount Hope, Ohio, near Wooster. Unfortunately, they went out of business some time ago. However, I am sure there are others. One that comes to mind is located near Millersburg, Ohio. I believe it"s called Gingerich Tractor or similar, located on state route 62/39.
You may have to do some research.

Last one I got at M-F Dealer. Part# 1750509M1. Was 9 years ago tho. Any good Mom and Pop generator repair shop would have one that would work.
