Zane Thang question

Dear Zane Thang owners. I am considering asking Santy Claus to bring me a Zane Thang. All the posts seem to be positive about the Thang, but I have a question. Does the Thang just lock the hydraulics at the desired hieght or can you still raise the implement and it justs holds it at the desired hieght when you lower the arms? I that know in order to protect Zanes interest no one wants to discuss exactly how this thing works, and thats fine, but Santa only comes once a year so I want to make sure this is something I can use. I have a TO-30 and use it to mow and drag snow and gravel. I will trust the judgement of the board. Thanks in advance for the replies. VA.

I purchased "The Zane Thang" for my 2N Ford and it was money well spent. I use it to work my back blade mostly. It does everything Zane says it does. Good Luck

I bought a Zane Thang this past Spring. It was the best $$$ ever invested on my TO-20. It lets you raise and lower the lift arms. It allows you to set and "tweek" the height of the lift arms. It makes using a scraper blade fun and makes brush hogging, or mowing easy and fun.
