Does anyone know of a hyd assist system I could install onto my TO-30. I have a hyd loader which I wanted to use the fluid from. I know JD made some hyd assist front ends, any others which would be about the right size? Thanks, Paul

I do not believe that anyone makes a FWA system for these old tractors.

In the past a company called Elenco made a mechanical FWA system for 4 cylinder Fords but these are hard to find and expensive. You usually must buy a complete tractor in order to get one and many have damaged, unobtainable internal parts in the Dodge Power Wagon front differential. Even if you could find one you would need to modify it to work on your TO-30.

I have seen pictures of a couple of nifty home built mechanical FWA systems for N series Fords using FWD pick up truck front axles but these are generally show machines. I do not expect that they would hold up well to heavy use.
