TEA 20 hydraulics

My TEA 20 (newly aquired) hydraulics won't hold up. I've checked to make sure there is no oil leaking from the cylinder and am now in the process of deeper delving, any ideas where I should be looking?

Remove left round side cover, make sure PTO is in gear run hydraulics with some implement on the three point linkage and lift the lever, look in the bottom for oil swirling under pressure, there will be movement straight in front of the port hole, that is the Pump, you have to look for oil under pressure. look to the rear of the Pump and the front right corner of the housing the pump is in, there is a high pressure line there, you may have blown a gasket. When you say they wont hold up, how long does it take to lower to the ground with an implement on.? Don't expect them to stay up indefinitely because they wont. tell me as much as you can and I will send you the information you need to repair it. Don't strip it down until you find the location of the leak, you will not find it with the parts on the bench.
