TO-20 horsepower

I have a TO-20 I am thinking of fixing up, but before I begin, I want to know the horsepower.
Can anyone tell me what it is, or how to find out?

Hi, wasn't the official horsepower from Ferguson 23.9 for both the TE 20 and TEA 20 ? Was the Continental engine used in the TO 20 any different from the Continental engine used in the TE 20 ? I had thought they were the same.

Model test date CID Drawbar hp Belt hp Weight TE20 392 April , 1948 120 16.35 24.02 2760 pull 1666 These are the figures from the actual test. The TE20 is virtually the same tractor as the T020 but it was made in UK exactly same engine but used Lucas electrics in lieu of Delco on TO20

According to the manual:
The Z-20 engine has a displacement of 120 cuin with compression ration of 6.1:1. In Nebraska Test #392, the TO-20 developed 26.5 corrected belt horsepower. the maximum torque of 88 foot pounds occurs at approximately 1200 rpm.
