Nearly missed your reply, it wasn't attached to mine. Well being in UK and you in Ireland I don't know any particular CAV dealer, you may like to try Dunlop Tractors :-
Link
they may be able to help with the name of a repairer, they must use someone it will be doubtful if they do their own Pump work.

Well yes I think it maybe difficult but not impossible. You need what was a CAV/Lucas injection shop. You don't say what area you are, if you let me know I may know of someone They may not be near to you but we shall see, there are still people who do these pumps. They are not really for the anyone to play around with as they do need special equipment to set them up properly but it just maybe that you can fit a new seal without stripping the Pump down.

I assume you mean in the oil. Bad fuel pump I'd say.

Ok if you have changed the lift pump diaphragm the only other place it can be leaking is the front seal on the Injection Pump camshaft. You will need to remove the Pump to do this.If the engine serial number is AFTER SA5222E then just make a scribe mark across the mounting flange so you can reset the pump to this mark. Make sure that any other scribe marks are deleted. You can then safely remove the Fuel Pump and fit it again later without losing the timing. The Fuel Pump drive has a Uni-directional clutch so it can only drive at the correct point.

You need to change the diaphragm in the fuel lift pump...not the injection pump. You don't say what engine it is...just a TE20 is it a TEF or a TE20 with a P3 fitted in it as that will change things.
