Regulator mounting question - TE20

My friend has a TE20 Fergie (I think that's the model) and he is not 100% sure where the regulator mounts. He has what seems to be the bracket but nowhere in his manual is a picture shown of just where and how the thing mounts. Can anyone describe accurately how the bracket/regulator mounts, or better yet post a photo? Thanks, MMB

look under the battery carrier and there is a plate sloping rear-wards, you will see a long slot in it, this is where the wires for the Regulator pass through, there should be a hole either side to secure the Regulator to the plate

This is not the best photo, nor may it be the correct model, however, for illistrative purposes it'll do.

The Regulator on a TE-20 is mounted above the starter switch (in tranmission case) behind the fuel tank and below/fwd of the battery. In the picture it just above where the arrow starts for the oil fill descriptor.
