Since I have been receiving complaints about my posts I decided not to do anymore. Thanks for letting me be a part of the board and good luck.

regards

rod

Rod

I think your form is great. It's no nonsense
and to the point.

"do this then do this then do this then do that
and it's fixed"

What more could anyone ask.

keep up the good work.

I agree with all the dudes that already put in their word. I have learned more about my TO20 in the past year from reading your guys posts than I would have learned in a lifetime of trying to figure stuff out on my own. You are one of the primary expert guys that makes this posting so valuable. I don't post a lot of comments, but I read EVERYTHING. I check out your Yahoo post regularly too, but sometimes, my slow modem and computer really slows down to a crawl with Yahoo, sorry. This sight runs a lot faster for me most of the time. I appreciate your time at this site. Keep up the good work

Rod:
The information and service you provide to the rest of us invaluble. In this day and age it is extremely rare to find someone so willing to help others, as you have been. Please accept my apologies for the boorishness of someone you were simply trying to help. I am an avid lurker and sometimes poster here and the Yahoo! site, and have gotten more useful information on these than all my manuals have given me. I'll take experience and knowledge over punctuation any day.

Rod, don't you dare quit posting! You have far too much knowledge that needs to be shared. Anyone that has the nerve to critize another, had better be perfect himself. DO NOT LET "MORONS" DISCOURAGE YOU!!!! The vast majority want you to continue to participate in the manner you have in the past. WON'T YOU PLEASE RECONSIDER?
Last time I checked, there were not any Internet Police.
Jon

What is going on here? I go to work and then come back and find all this. Hey Rod, there are obviously pickey, misguided people everywhere, some even own Fergusons. Ignore them. This is still a good place to play. Keep tapping on the keys both here and over at the YAHOO site. We all need more knowledge than we have. Mike

Thanks so much for your comments and support. It is difficult to convey in a paragraph or two what may take several pages in a service manual. I will stay on the board and post if I can help a fellow tractor person or I can be reached at the the Yahoo Club link.

regards

rod

Hi Rod

I am french speaking and writing Ferguson "nut"

I like international accents in language and
as said somebody responding to your post
"international flavor" writing.

Don't let these flea hunters discourage us
"We are what we are" we like it and that's all.

Stay with us Rod !

Please don't let some whacko chase you away. I'm new to tractor tech stuff and your input has helped me quite a bit. One of the most annoying things I've found yet on any message board, is the "spelling police" that show up with no constructive, humorous or creative contribution to share. C'mon back Rod, your experience is needed. ~ Dave G

An "amen" to what all the rest have said, Rod! After all, this board isn't for English majors, its is for folks who just like Fergusons. We know you like Fergusons and that's all that matters! So I hope you get a loud and clear message, Rod, that we want you to stay with us.

Paul

Rod, Hey buddy, just remember that old saying about sticks and stones. My typing is done with one finger and I go back and change something about 10 times every sentence, so the final product looks a lot better than when it started out. But you should hear me speak! I'm a 100% East Texas red neck bubba, but I don't let it bother me because, as Popeye says, "I yam what I yam". Don't you dare leave because of someones stupid remark.

Rod,
I presume your keyboard has a delete button on it. If someone doesn't like the way you spell or syntax or anything else, I'd highlight the response and hit delete. Come on back buddy. I particularly like Scott's post. Wherever there is something good, they'll be bugs. You also add the International flavor...Don't go away mad. Don't even go away.
Sandy

ROD. I appretiate all the input that you put in. I have been away most of the summer, so i don't know what went on. Please keep going here or at least the ```club" site. We all need the inspiration to keep the old tractors alive.. regards Jack

Rod, The more I hang around the tractor boards, the more I find that the fellows that don't do the good spelling, punctuation and grammer are the ones who sometimes have the best replies. I always consider them too. The person who criticized your post probably doesn't know that you setup another tractor board and it is excellent. And that you do have a good command of the english language. L8R----Fred OH

i think that we should get rid of the cowards that want to remain anonymous, not the guys that may know more about tractors than computers. i would rather read a run on sentence than not have the expertise that i recieve on this board. just my opinion teadave

Uh Rod,
Why are letting someone who won't even leave his email address or identify himself get to you? I've always enjoyed your posts and your knowledge.
Please hang in there.. This board needs all the knowledge and help it can get; after all, we are a minority as it is.

Please reconsider,
Chuck (CA)
