Identification TO-20 or TO-30?

Ok that was good.I just left out some information. Let me just say that the model/ serial tag on the column is missing. Now I have been told that the best way to upgrade a cracked Z120 in a TO-20 is to use a Z-129 in it place. Now how would someone tell if the tractor is really a TO-20 or a TO-30? Thanks again

Just bought a Ferguson with ser.# 94009, which says it is a TO30, but the engine cast # is Z120A, a space, then 600. There is no breather hole on dash, but I think it has the proper boss on lower right front of engine for the generator mount. It came with a generator on it,horizontal coil,(no voltage designation), and a 12 volt battery. What do I have, gentlemen?

Answering my own question, it appears I have a TO-30 with a Z120 engine or a TO-20 with a TO-30 serial # tag on it. Now I just have to figure out all the differences in order to procure the correct parts when needed. If it is a TO-30 with a Z120 engine, then I'll need to know the identity of the rest of the tractor and the differences between the two models. Forgive my ignorance,(first time old tractor owner), but I appreciate the forum and am almost cross-eyed with all the screen reading.

look at the dash if it's a 20 will not have a breather in the dash a 30 will . a 20 will have a little light on the right side of dash

i have an ID tag that says Harry Ferguson,Inc Detroit Michigan USA Serial # 23414
Tag does not appear to be altered or stuck on somehow--according to Research + info here its a T-20 engine number says Z120, but the coil is horizontal like a Z 129 engine on a TO 30.
I have houseing numbers, is there a way to cross these different numbers cast onto the original housings? i think its a T-20 but would like to be sure
