Doing a complete restoration of a '54. Need numerous parts, mostly gaskets and wear items such as bearings, bushings, engines components (kit) etc. Ordering from USA is cost prohibitive due shipping/brokerage fees etc; as well the parts source supported by this website doesn't ship to Canada. For those Canucks out there - where do you get your parts? Thanks

I am located just outside Courtland ON but work in London. I need to obtain parts for my '52 TEA20. What John Deere dealer are you dealing with? Is it Huron Tractor?

Hey Chuck,

Regarding Central East Farm Supply, they do deal with Sparex, so check out the US Sparex website for their catalogue. I've downloaded all that is relevant to my TEA20 (you can do this because they are PDF files). So, now when I call my parts guy at John Deere, I just quote him the Sparex number or the equivalent number and it's done. Ordered.

Hey Chuck,

Where in Canada are you? I"m slowly doing the same to my 51" TEA20. I"m currently working on the hydraulic pump /3 point hitch and everything related to it as well as the rear axle. Once completed, I will start on the engine as there are a few leaks. I"m on the outskirts of London, Ontario and my supplier, who deals with Central East Farm Supply is a John Deere dealership located 4 minute drive from here! Lucky me. Good luck!

Check the archives for MF dealer in Canada that does good by mail order. This was discussed 2-4 years ago. I believe Canada had lots more of the TEA models than the US had. The US had mostly TO models.

Morning John and everybody else, Central East Farm Supply in Newcastle is about 1 hour west of me. I have orderd parts there for my 1952 TEA-2085. They have everything anybody needs. My Canadian freinds could also try McKewon Motors in Spring Brook Ontario. There number is 1-613-395-3883. They have been a Massey ferguson dealer for as long as I have been around. Morning John
A reason?? Ya, you can say that. They were on me at work for using the internet while working? So now I post from home. I have dial up at home and its as slow as molasses in January. At work we had High Speed, quite a difference I must say. I had been surfing the net at work ever since we got it in never with any problems or concerns and now all of a sudden they tell me I cant. I never abused it, ever. I have a new boss, and its kinda funny. Friday he called me into his office and had me look at this joke on his computer. He was on some joke site. I looked at him and asked him if he new what word discrimination meant? He looked at me and said yes, why?? I reminded him that a few weeks ago he gave me grief for bing on the internet while working. I left his office right away and he followed me out. He asked me what I was going to do? I told him that we just got a brand new bunch of greivence form in and I thought that I might try one of them out. His face went white. So stay tuned John, I may be posting from work sooner than later. Dont worry I havent gone away. Stay well, my freind, Barry
