Anyone know the specs for the clutch plate wear limits? Not in service manual, as best I can find.

There are no specifications for the clutch plate in the Service Manual as you say, which isn't very helpful. Look at the pressure side of the plate (side away from engine)this is the side that gets most wear and look at the rivet heads, just how close are they to the face of the friction disc, if they are around 1/16th" then it should be changed. It is easier to change it now than having to pull it apart again. The drive plate is Sparex# S42167, the thrust bearing is S65334 and the pilot bearing in the flywheel is S40734.M-F# are 8572 plate/ bearing 501608/bearing 828123M1. The clearance between the underside of the footrest and the clutch pedal should be 3/8"
