Another strange thing i noticed about my TE20. I was using it for the longest time since i've had it last week (about 1hr+ consistent running). I was raking and grading a racetrack for awhile. After awhile it started to stumble and then stalled out. After it sit for 3-5 minutes it would start up but then stall again in a few minutes. I stopped running it after that. This happened pretty much the same two separate times.

I would think it was a carb or point problem but it runs and idles fine until it starts having trouble. The radiator is full and not hot.

Suggestions? Thanks

Yes, sounds like coil cutting out from getting hot, or ignition switch cutting out from getting hot. Then works when it cools.. until it gets hot again.
Another trick to try is to carry a multimeter around in your pocket while driving around. Right when the engine stalls, jump off and check volts to the coil, and to the distributor. That will help you narrow down the problem.

Check the coil for temperature when it happens again and see if the coil is really hot. If you have 12V system and don't have a a "true" 12 V coil (some so called "12 V coils" need a resistor in series with the wire from the key switch to limit the current)you may need to add a resistor or get true 12 V coil (it has the reistance built in)(NAPA IC-14 $14.95). If the coil is relatively cool, check the spark at a plugwire by pushing a paper clip into the boot and holding it near a good ground while you try to start it. You should see a fat, bluish spark. If it isn't fat and bluish, you have some sort of a problem with the primary ignition circuit. If you have a good spark,then you might check the fuel delivery to the carb because it maybe be restricted or the vent hole in the gas cap maybe plugged causing the fuel flow to be resticted.
Let us know what you find out after you do these simple checks.
