I am looking at a ferguson disc plow model AO-22 . It has two disc's, but one is smaller than the other The front one is approx.6 inches larger than the rear one The coulters are missing or scrapers. It looks like the disc's are the right size. Can anyone tell me why they are like this. I have used many regular plows over years but never a disc plow. I would think that this plow would work on my TEA 20 OK??Can anyone send me to a site for freguson equipment?/ I have found some sites for the tractor but not to much info on equipment. What else did Harry have built for these little tractors. Thank you Ron

Hey Ron-
My "Ferguson Implements And Accessories" book, by John Farnworth, ISBN #0-85236-354-0, lists on page 31, the two disc plows made for the TE tractors. Model #2-P-AE-20 - a two-disc plow and the 3-P-AE-20 which was the three disc versin by addition of a third disc conversion kit. BOTH discs are 26" in diameter. Now, most Dearborn (I have a later Model 10-247) and Ferguson disc plows that I have seen ALWAYS have the front disc worn down much more than the back one for obvious reasons-it cuts first. Also, they rarely have the scrapers that came with them. I have a friend who has been looking for scrapers for his Dearborn Model 10-80 Disc Plow for over a year and just recently found a Ferguson Disc Plow , bought it, but the scrapers are not the same. I have one scraper and bracket on my plow. I am buying a 10-80 with both scrapers and am going to reproduce both styles plus the Ferguson one. I'm working with getting the castings right for the brackets first. I don't know if there is a great market for these, but you are about the tenth person to ask me in the last 6 months. Farnworths' book is an excelent source if you are Ferguson nut. I am both a Ford and Ferguson nut so I collect both. Hope this helps.

Tim, I have a Dearborn 10-80 that I need both the scrapers for if you have success in reproducing them. Just send me an email at [email protected]
Thanks

I don't think that is correct to be different sizes... perhaps one is worn or replaced with the wrong size, but they should be the same and have scrapers... See the Pic (for a 3 disc).
