While resorting and repairing my project, I am welding up and sleeving all of the loose joints on the 3 pt. and the front end. Has anyone had any experiance with the weld on ball sockets for the lift arms? My arms had very worn 1" balls on both ends, and the piviot points on the axel housing should be 7/8". What size pins do most of the impliments (4 or 5' brush hog, rear blade, post hole digger etc..) use. If these weld on units are good, I might as well fit the propper sizes. Any advice on getting the triangular forged piece off (center link, override spring and center piviot all come together)off the rear axel housing. The sleeve that goes through the housing and the "bell crank" piece is frozen solid. So far heat and pen. oil has not done it. Comming close to cutting it out and refab on the lathe.
thanks,
Dave

I have the weld on replacements and they seem to work well. You want the cat.1 ends. This is what the tractor was originally outfitted with. If you have cat1 implements they will all fit and work well. Hope this helps.
