TE 20 won't start - easy fix!

I got lucky today, I guess. So, I thought I'd share with everyone, although it may not always be this easy.
She wouldn't start, so I checked spark and there was none.
I don't know why, but I opened the distributor, removed the points and they were "gross".
I cleaned them with a plain, ordinary business card. Some sort of gray-green stuff came off and they look good, other than a bit of metal transfer, which I assume is normal.
She fired as soon as I touched the key.
Hope this will help someone.
Ps: can't wait to get the Pertronix Ignitor - no more points to foul.
