reading the post below reminded me--is there a source for wiring with the cloth sheathing?
I like the look and would like to recreate on fergy. Thanks, mark

Yes, there are companies doing the whole wiring harness in original material(or close) or you can buy the material and make your own harness.

Agri-Services at 716-937-6618. I can say they do a real nice job, but it costs about $80

Brillman company 1-888-274-5562 They have the material for you to make your own or will make a harness for you but their price last I saw was $90.

You should be able to do a very good restoratiion with either one.

There are companies that supply antique auto type wiring. The stuff I use has a plastic core like modern wire, but then is covered with a cloth like material that makes it look old. I have used this wiring on antique cars, trucks and Fergusons. I know they have the proper style for many makes of cars, but I don't know about tractors. However, the wiring looks like it is from the correct period, but probably does not match exactly what Harry used.

I will post a site here later when I get their email and phone number.
