TK- I should probably keep my mouth (keyboard) shut here, because I don't have a to20, but thought I might be of some help.. I have a trip loader on a to35. The back of every loader frame I have seen (all three of them in my vast experience) bolts up to the bottom side of the rear fender attachment bolts. Lots of room for adjustment due to slots in the rear arms of the loader frame, so I expect you'd be all set there with any loader off a Ford N. The front attachment on mine (again, to35) is a horizontal plate that slaps up against the bottom of a casting on the tractor just to the rear of the front axle. The pin that holds the front axle goes thru this casting. Does the to20 have some heavy castings up front to take the loads from the axle? Does that casting have threaded (or maybe non-threaded) holes? That's where your front loader mount might bolt up. Chances are (and I could be totally wrong here) that the to20-35 and N Fords are identical here. If not, seems like it would be not too tough to graft something on here. My neighbor had an N with a pipe-frame loader with hydraulic up/down on the frame and bucket. He dug a huge hole in a bank behind his place, pulling out fill to smooth his driveway (his theory: a New England dirt driveway, if absolutely level, will accumulate very little ice in the winter). I have had zero success doing same with a trip loader - you must need the hydraulic power tilt on the bucket, and power down in order to dig. Even as it is, the loader is endless help in lifting boulders I have pulled out of the field, taking big outboards off transoms, etc.. As my neighbor says if you have a job to do that involves heavy lifting, a loader "Takes the curse out of it." Final thought. You probably can run the loader off the internal pump if you want. It'll be slow and you'll have to have the clutch out, but it'll save you buying a pump. Since the to20s and Ns are so similar (though the 20s are clearly better) I wouldn't be surprised if an N loader was a bolt-on.
