One of my local parts dealers could only find
the TO-30 or 35 (can't remember which) thermostat.
He had a 160 and a 180 degree. I bought both.
Which one do I use in my TO-20?

Dave , I recently replaced my thermo in my TO-20
and it was a 180 deg. The hotest weather we have had is 85 deg and it runs cool. Hope this helps.

My TO-20 manual says the thermostat should start to open at about 160 degrees and be fully open at about 190 degrees. I think that means the 160 degree themostat is the one for your TO20.
