I have never seen a TO20 with power steering. It wasn"t offered as an acessory until the TO35 in 55 or 56. It is possible that somebody put a Behlen or Char Lyne or some other after market unit on it. From my mechanicing days, I rember a salesman coming around with something called a power ratio power steering. It was a gear reduction unit that susposely had a kick back prevention in it. You had to crank the wheel twice as many turns to steer it. His sales pitch, he would put one on old F-20 we had setting there, fasten a corn knife to the verticle shaft that holds up rear of steering colum, head her out across a listed corn field at 45degree angle, and put his arm between steering wheel spoke and corn knife. Boss soon showed him the door, didn"t want blood all over the tractor.
