I got my ferguson home after sitting at a friends house for 2 months. Now its time to rebuild/ restore it. Are T0-35 valves bigger? If so can they be made to work?
Im gonna soup up the ferguson some since I cant leave well enough alone. A few extra hp might be handy when im brush hogging 5' tall grass next year.

As I remember it, the Z-129 in the TO-30 is almost identical to the Z-134 in the TO-35. When you buy a sleeve set for the Z-129 you can get the overbore kit which will make it a Z-134. The numbers refer to cubic inch displacement, thus you will gain 5 cu in with the new kit. Check the valve kits on this site to see if they aren't the same. Don't increase the compression ratio - that will be fatal in an engine like this.

Why shouldnt the compression be increased on a z129? Ive never heard of reasons not too. Dont see why a mild increase ( 1 point in compresson ratio) wouldnt hurt.
