trying to find out what year this is

I have a tractor the serial# on it is TE 53412. If some one could please tell me the year I would apperciate it. It says it was manfactured in Coventry, England... Does that make the tractor rare?, or anything special?

You have a 1948 TE-20. They aren't rare since they built over 167,000 of them. To find the year of manufacture, go to the left of the screen to where it says Research and Info, click on Serial Numbers and follow the instructions.
