I just started into farming and have a plow with a disk on the very back and one next to each plow. How does this preform different from a reg. two bottom plow?

I think what you have is a plow with a wheeled land side to help prevent side draft of the plow. The other two disc probable are coulters that are designed to cut through stubble etc and help prevent trash building up on the plows. It has been my experiance that these coulters are more trouble than they are good. They will actually make a plow be more prone to clog up in land where there is a lot of rubble and trash. The only real good is in sod/
