 Here's a photo of the fergie in my half-mown field. I had to stop for a bit as the tractor overheated again. The waterpump is new, and I think the gauge is worthless, as it was just hitting the little "." in the "normal" when it started spitting. It does a pretty impressive job of emptying itself via the overflow, too. (Unfortunately, this break meant my neighbor come over with a beer for each of us to reminise about growing up with a brand new TO-30 on their farm. This also led to stories about his leg being crushed by the tractor--he and his dad were riding the drawbar (!) and his brother popped the cutch, sending him onto the rear wheel, over it, and then under it--and his cousin dying on the same machine in a steep hill backwards flip, trying to pull a heavy implement.) I've got a new guage coming, and once it's installed I'll see what it says. The radiator doesn't leak but it may also be silted up, I'll do a flow test soon. I sure love my fergie. It's probably not had the easiest life but is still ready to go to work. I'll get her back into shape.
