Hi Scott -

Perkins engine?

Possibly the external oil line feeding the rocker arm, right side from half way up on the block to the rear of the head, has a plug in it, or the compresssion fitting in the line from the "bulkhead" connector through the head to the center of the rocker shaft has a crimp in it. Loosen the fitting on top of the head as the first check for oil flow.

Rocker shaft is adjustable too. Large slot at the front aligns with a punch mark on the mounting bracket at about 30 deg from vertical. Increasing the angle of the slot toward the 90 deg position increases oil flow.

Continental, I can't help you!

Jack
