Lost my TO-35 Hydraulics...

Howdy gang, I hope you all can help me with this! I recently added a front-end loader to my TO-35 (it came off a TO-35, it went on my TO-35, odds are it should work...). Once I got the brackets on and the loader mounted - I ended up with no hydraulics!! I added about a gallon of GL-1 (just barely over FULL on the dipstick) and replaced the O-rings while it was all apart. I managed to get the tube seated back in the pump (tried to get the block-off plate off without pulling it out, but that didnt work!). Not only wont the loader go up or down, the three-point hitch doesnt work now!! If you hold the loaders lever back to "lift" the loader, then the three-point will operate, but the minute you let it snap back into the neutral position, the three-point drops like a rock. Now - Im no rocket scientist, but the plate only goes on one way!!! What did I do wrong?!?

Thanks for any help/suggestions/advice/comments/donations to the Buy more GL-1 Fluid fund (Whew! $36/5-gal at the local NAPA!)
Dana
