TRACTOR NEEDS NEW ROD BEARINGS. HAVE BEEN REPLACED SOMETIME BEFORE. BACK OF BR HAS 0.0100 STAMPED ON IT. CRANK MEASURES 2.0725 . DON"T KNOW WHAT STD IS TO ORDER NEW BEARINGS. IF SOMEONE KNOWS WHAT STD IS OR WHAT THE CRANK SHOULD BE IT WHOULD BE GREAT. I CAN"T FIND SPECS ON STANDARD MOTOR.

Looks like crank is about .014 u/s. New bearings will help, but you'll still have excessive clearance. I'd be thinking of a crank regrind to .020.

Std crank pin dia was 2.0861 - 2.0866ins. As Jim W says a lot of it is same as the Triumph sports car engine. You can get these parts and a lot of other tractor engine spares from quite a few places though. You can get them from this site here or from your local tractor dealer only, if he orders them from "Sparex" at www.sparexusa.com

They are the same as from a Triumph TR3 sports car. You can get them from British Parts Northwest, for $31 US for the set.
