Recently inherited a Harry Ferguson tractor Serial# 2129-342938. I can"t find any info. Such as what year, value, and anthing else or even where to go to get info.

Where in the world are you, the serial number could be the engine number as someone has already said but if you are in Europe, France in particular it could be a French produced tractor, but you will have to give more information. The actual serial number of the tractor is on a plate riveted (or should be)to the steering housing in front of the steering wheel and it will have a prefix of three letters usually.

That number is probably Z129-342938 (Z not a 2) and is the engine number, not the tractor serial number. Z129 was the engine in the TO-30. Most likely that is what you have, although some TO-20s have had this engine installed as replacements. Other charteristics of the tractor that distinguish it as a TO-30 are (1) the Dash Inlet for the air; (2) an external oil filter can on the engine (which I am sure that you have) and(3) the tractor serial number on the plate under the steering wheel (if it is still there). If you are able to find the serial number, check this site (or others) for the serial number/model/year cross reference.. Jim
