The manual calls for 90 wt. straight mineral oil in temps above 50 deg. and 80 wt. below 50.

This it oil that is labeled (specification) GL-1.

The GL-3"s, -4"s and -5"s have sulfur in them that may corrode the yellow metals in the tractors transmission.

GL-1 oil is available at NAPA stores and is PN 65-205. Call ahead of time as it is not normally stocked (at least in my neck of the woods) but it can retrieved from the regional wearhouse with in a day or two.

The Univesal Hydra/trans oil"s are comparatively thinner than the 90 wt.

NAPA 65-205 was $26.00 for a 5 gallon bucket.

If you do not have a NAPA store near by post back as there are other options.

Jeff
